Informational website — not an offer, invitation or personal advice

This website explains Vault Africa technology and prospective service journeys. It is not a public offer, prospectus, advertisement for an approved securities offering, invitation to subscribe, recommendation or solicitation in any jurisdiction. Account registration, an enquiry or access to an information workspace does not establish investor eligibility, contractual rights or permission to invest.

Investments, securities or tokenised interests, if ever made available, must be distributed only by a suitably authorised or lawfully exempt party, in a permitted jurisdiction, to eligible investors under approved transaction-specific documents. This website and the AURA assistant do not provide personalised investment, banking, legal, accounting or tax advice.

Illustrative content, projections and unverified claims

Visuals, editorial photographs, card artwork, account screens, operating examples and product demonstrations are illustrative. Depicted persons and locations are not represented as Vault Africa customers, employees, partners or operating sites; images do not evidence executed payments or verified financial positions. Statements about future products and integrations are plans, not promises that a capability is currently available.

Mining-resource quantities, technical reports, concession titles, valuations, financial forecasts, project pipelines, statements of funding commitments and other third-party representations require independent verification and should not be relied upon as established facts unless their status and substantiating evidence are expressly identified. Information-readiness scoring is not asset certification, a credit rating or investment approval. No representation or warranty of accuracy or completeness is made beyond mandatory legal obligations.

Technology is not financial authorisation

Vault Africa is a software and technology platform, not itself a regulated bank, e-money issuer, payment institution, investment firm, broker or custodian. Screens and descriptions must not be read as a claim that Vault Africa is licensed to offer regulated financial products.

Any regulated financial service, if offered, must be provided by the separately identified authorised third party under its own agreement and permitted activities. An RMI or other licence cited for a provider does not extend to Vault Africa or beyond the scope of that provider’s authorisation.

Investment and project risk

Mining investments involve geological, operating, environmental, title, counterparty and commodity-price risks. Estimates are uncertain, production can be delayed or interrupted, and revenues or distributions may not materialise. Your capital is at risk, including the possibility of total loss.

Liquidity and legal rights

Tokens and private investments may have no active market. Transfers can be restricted and a buyer may not be available. Tokenisation does not guarantee liquidity or physical redemption. The offering documents define the rights and any exit provisions.

Technology and custody

Wallet compromise, phishing, network congestion, contract defects, incorrect addresses and provider failures can lead to loss or delayed access. Public blockchain records may be permanent. Independent reports and blockchain data reduce information gaps but do not eliminate risk or guarantee an asset’s value.

Tokenisation rights, smart contracts and private-market transfers

Tokenisation records and ERC-compatible infrastructure do not independently establish legal title to a mine, physical gold, shares or any other asset. Economic, voting, security, custody, redemption and transfer rights arise only where set out in a valid, executed governing instrument and applicable law.

Smart-contract errors, key compromise, technology provider failure, trading restrictions and absent secondary markets can cause permanent loss, inability to transfer or delayed recovery. There is no promised market, redemption, capital protection, yield or liquidity.

Mobile money, USSD, cards and cross-border functionality

A displayed mobile-money, USSD, wallet, card or international-transfer journey can be a product design or pilot workflow rather than an executable regulated service. Rollout, agents, corridors, networks, charges, coverage and settlement depend on independent authorised providers, live integration and customer approval.

Never transfer money, send assets or share security codes based on a marketing screenshot or an unsolicited instruction. Verify the responsible service provider, contractual terms, fees, FX methodology, complaint route and applicable safeguarding or deposit-protection arrangements before using any live service.

Payments and country coverage

Fees, currency movements, settlement delays and partner restrictions may affect payments. Provider permissions and protections vary by service and country. Safeguarding is different from deposit insurance. Review the provider’s terms before using a service.

Make an informed decision

Read the approved offering or product documents, consider whether the risks are suitable for you, and seek independent advice where needed. Website information and AURA responses are not personalised financial, legal or tax advice.
