Work with Vault Africa

Connect expertise to African asset infrastructure.

Vault Africa welcomes enquiries from organisations whose expertise can support well-defined asset, diligence and financial technology workflows. A useful partnership starts with a clear scope, named responsibilities and evidence of the permissions needed for each activity.

Project and professional expertise

Technical consultants, geological specialists, legal advisers and financial professionals can support distinct parts of a project review. An enquiry should explain the organisation’s credentials, jurisdictions, relevant experience and proposed role. A professional review remains the responsibility of the specialist engaged to carry it out.

Technology and infrastructure relationships

Potential technology discussions may cover identity workflows, document management, custody interfaces, transaction records and reporting. Integration requirements should address access controls, data handling, testing, support and the boundaries between a demonstration and a production service. A technical connection alone does not establish an approved commercial relationship.

Financial service provider responsibilities

Any proposed regulated service must identify the authorised provider, the permitted activities, territories and contracting arrangements. Vault Africa’s software does not extend a third party’s permissions or create a banking, payments or investment licence. Service availability must be confirmed for the intended customer and country.

What to include in an introduction

Share the organisation name, website, operating countries, relevant permissions where applicable, proposed service and a contact person. Explain the customer problem and the expected division of responsibilities. Initial discussions can then focus on scope, evidence, operational requirements and the appropriate next review.

Common questions

Does an enquiry create a partnership?

No. A relationship depends on diligence, approval and agreed terms. Public use of names or logos requires the relevant permission.

Can a provider make its services available in every country?

Availability depends on the provider’s permissions, local requirements, product terms and customer eligibility. Each proposed country and service needs separate confirmation.
