Vault Mine
Prepare your mining project for review.
Vault Africa provides a technology workspace for organising mining project information and supporting a structured review. Preparing a complete dossier helps reviewers understand the project, identify gaps and decide which specialist assessments are needed.
1. Identify the operator and the asset
Prepare the legal entity name, incorporation records, ownership information and the authority of the person submitting the project. Describe the location and boundaries of the asset and the legal basis for the operator’s interest. Explain any joint venture, royalty, security interest or third-party claim that affects the proposed transaction.
2. Assemble licences and technical evidence
Include current licences and their issuing authority, expiry dates and renewal conditions. Provide geological reports with author, date, methods and limitations. Distinguish exploration potential from a mineral resource or reserve estimate. Include environmental and operational approvals where relevant; a licence reference alone does not establish every permission needed to operate.
3. Explain the operating and funding plan
Set out the project stage, production assumptions, capital expenditure, operating costs, infrastructure and intended use of funds. Separate historical results from forecasts. Explain the evidence behind price, grade, recovery and timing assumptions. A valuation should describe its method and sensitivities rather than presenting one estimate as a guaranteed realisable value.
4. Review gaps before agreements
A structured review can identify missing documents and questions for technical, legal or financial specialists. Information submission does not guarantee acceptance, funding, valuation approval or signing. Any progression to an agreement requires the relevant approvals and transaction-specific documents.
Common questions
What if my project is still at exploration stage?
State the stage clearly and submit the evidence available. Exploration projects must not be described as producing mines or as having certified reserves without supporting evidence.
Where should I submit sensitive project documents?
Use the designated secure platform workflow after account access is established. An initial public enquiry should contain a general project summary, without identity documents or confidential geological files.
